Chuck's Bio

Chuck Marzahn is a internationally recognized RV Industry expert. He is considered by many to be an expert in the customary and usual practices of running a dealership from the perspective of ownership or from that of general manager. He is widely published and is recognized as the expert on the physical layout of the dealership facility. His expertise also includes fixed operations on the retail and wholesale level. Thirty-five years of dealership management experience, coupled with running industry-leading management consulting firms affords Chuck the opportunity to see emerging trends and to achieve an overview of industry standards and practices.

In 2021 after a successful 17 year run with Tom King, Marzahn & King Consulting closed and Chuck refocused to concentrate only on virtual 20 groups. Marzahn & King Consulting had been formed in 2003 and was based in Virginia Beach, VA.

Prior to 2003 Chuck held a position a vice-president with Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS). While with IDS, he built an organization that delivered all post-implementation training and consulting for dealers on the IDS dealer management system. 

In 1995 Chuck accepted the position as President of Gorman Planning. As President of Gorman. Chuck Marzahn gained a view of the RV industry that has been shared by few others. 

Chuck has been invited to speak at Manufacturer’s Dealer Meetings, Trade Associations and Conventions. His contributions as a columnist are found in several trade magazines and blogs.
